With 25 years experience in marketing and management Charleen creates programs and strategies from concept to completion with an impressive ability to drill-down and identify the myriad of details in between. Charleen places a strong emphasis on research and analysis, followed by strategic plans and program engineering. Charleen plays a strong role in creative development, ad concept and copy writing, media planning, purchasing and placement. Additionally, Charleen offers her experience in public and trade event coordination.
Lyle Trimmer has over 30 years experience in graphic design and commercial arts and offers creative design for print and electronic applications including photography, trade and consumer display advertising, brochures, posters, catalogs, trade show flyers, etc.; company identity and logo design, billboard and sign design, digital photo editing, digital pre-press services and web site design.
Cynthia Ames offers her experience from many years in advertising and client services and is responsible for key aspects of our work. Cynthia provides complete oversight of each initiative including market research, media research and data management. Additionally, Cynthia assists with all aspects of media vendor relationships such as negotiating and auditing client media contracts. Cynthia provides supervision to the TA staff of research and project assistants, coordinating tasks for each.
